Yes, with conditions
Foreigners are not excluded, but the announcement attaches requirements — residency, a Korean entity, a visa status or a partner. Read the conditions before you spend time on this.
Applicants must be content-industry companies (corporation or sole proprietor) established within 7 years as of the announcement date. Must be able to relocate the headquarters to the Daegu Content Business Support Center within 30 days of signing the lease. Excluded: overseas companies (if a joint-stock company with domestic equity ratio below 50%), entities under participation restrictions from government/other agencies, those delinquent on national/local taxes (company or representative), credit defaulters (representative), those under debt-default restrictions from financial institutions or currently on temporary/permanent closure, operators of pollution-causing businesses (wastewater, noise, vibration, etc.), manufacturing businesses requiring factory registration, companies under participation restrictions from DIP or with unpaid technology fees/rent, current tenants already using 2 rooms, and other cases deemed unsuitable.

Duration
Up to 4 years (initial 2 years + up to two 1-year extensions) for standard rooms; up to 2 years (initial 1 year + up to one 1-year extension) for flat-rate rooms (Rooms 206–211).
<ul><li><strong>Office space:</strong> Independent office usable 365 days/24 hours, furnished with desks, chairs, cabinets, and HVAC. Monthly rent+management fee based on contract area (approx. 15,000 KRW per 3.3㎡). Utilities (electricity and water/sewer) billed separately by room. Deposit = 12 months of rent+management fee (can be substituted with a guarantee insurance certificate from SGI Seoul Guarantee).</li><li><strong>Infrastructure support:</strong> Free use of meeting rooms (floors 2–4), Flex Stage multipurpose hall for content events, cafeteria (with microwave, refrigerator, water dispenser), multi-purpose rooms, lounges, color multifunction printer.</li><li><strong>Management support:</strong> Security and cleaning for common areas.</li><li><strong>Support programs:</strong> Commercialization and growth-related support (separate review); networking events such as open-talk and meetings for tenant companies (subject to annual budget changes).</li></ul>
