Age 40 or older. Must be a pre-founder (not yet incorporated) planning to start a business in venture, technology, or knowledge services, OR an early-stage founder whose business has been operating for no more than 3 years. Excluded sectors: finance/insurance, real estate, accommodation, food service, and other industries excluded under Article 4 of the Enforcement Decree of the Small Business Startup Support Act.
