Yes, with conditions

Foreigners are not excluded, but the announcement attaches requirements — residency, a Korean entity, a visa status or a partner. Read the conditions before you spend time on this.

Open to startups of any incorporation status (pre-founder, sole proprietor, incorporated business) that hold at least one technology or solution in the announced fields (Display materials/parts/equipment, AI/Big Data, or New Business items such as semiconductor glass substrates, green energy, humanoid robots, satellite/communication antennas, OLED sensing, smart glass, AI smart factory, AI data center, or any display-applicable item). The company must have at least one person who can dedicate themselves to the PoC project, and the technology/solution must be ready for immediate open innovation discussion. Excluded: entities under debt default or tax delinquency (with specified exceptions for repayment or reorganization plans), businesses in prohibited industries (e.g., entertainment bars, gambling, etc., as per Korean SME Startup Act), and companies that have been temporarily closed as of the application deadline.
