The announcement sets no nationality restriction. You still have to meet every other requirement below, and the agency has the final say.

Open to all ages and all company ages. Pre-founders (not yet incorporated) and existing founders (incorporated or sole proprietor) from anywhere in Korea may apply. Gangdong-gu residents receive priority selection. Each person may apply for only one session (one field).
