Domestic (pre-)founders and SMEs experiencing language barriers in overseas expansion (e.g., foreign buyer meetings, export contract negotiations, overseas exhibitions). Excluded: companies that have already received a voucher through this program (limit of one application per company), or cases where submitted information (company name, account email, etc.) is false or unverifiable.
