Startups (companies founded less than 7 years as of the announcement date) that wish to receive TIPS investment. Fields: AI, Physical AI, Web3, Fintech, B2B ICT, etc. Excluded: businesses in industries prohibited by the SME Startup Support Act (e.g., entertainment bars, gambling facilities); companies or representatives with delinquent national or local taxes or under financial default restrictions (with certain exceptions such as debt adjustment agreements, individual rehabilitation, or tax installment plans).

- Participation in the Joint IR DAY (Nov 20, 2026) with investment review support - Award ceremony for excellent companies (approx. 4 companies); Association President's Award and TIPS linkage commitment - Networking sessions with investors for in-depth analysis and additional investment opportunities - Follow-up meetings including internal due diligence, detailed investment terms negotiation, and direct investment review by IT-CEN Global and Doosan Biz-on, as well as TIPS program evaluation
