Foreigners are not excluded, but the announcement attaches requirements — residency, a Korean entity, a visa status or a partner. Read the conditions before you spend time on this.
Open to local (pre-)startup companies with a company age of less than 7 years, that are located in or planning to relocate to Jangsu County. Up to 10 companies will be selected. Pre-founders (예비창업자) are also eligible.

Selected companies receive technology startup education, 1:1 mentoring and consulting, an insight trip, customer validation support, investment support, and participation in an Impact Demo Day. Additionally, up to KRW 10 million per company (VAT excluded) in commercialization funding is provided.
