The announcement sets no nationality restriction. You still have to meet every other requirement below, and the agency has the final say.
Any university or graduate student in South Korea (nationwide) may apply, either individually or as a team. There is no requirement for prior incorporation or business registration.

Competition schedule: Application period November 1β8, 2026; Document review November 9, 2026; Presentation & awards ceremony November 13, 2026 (one-day event).
Selected teams receive cash prizes and awards: Grand Prize (1 team) β KRW 1,000,000 and a certificate from the President of Korea National University of Transportation; Best Prize (2 teams) β KRW 500,000 each and a certificate from the Director of Chungbuk Center for Creative Economy & Innovation; Excellence Prize (3 teams) β KRW 300,000 each and a certificate from the Dean of University Job Development Institute.
