The announcement sets no nationality restriction. You still have to meet every other requirement below, and the agency has the final say.

Open to all ages (ages 20–39 and ages 40+), including research institutions, general enterprises, one-person creative enterprises, and pre-founders (예비창업자). Specifically targeted at AI technology researchers, startup workers, and aspiring founders. No company age restriction. This is a private-sector program, not run by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups or the Korea Startup Promotion Agency.
