1. Researchers currently employed at a government-funded research institute (출연(연)) or university who wish to commercialize their own developed technology. 2. Researchers who wish to establish a lab company (연구소기업) within the Daedeok Innopolis (Daedeok Special R&D Zone). Pre-founders (not yet incorporated) only.
