Seoul-based SMEs under the Framework Act on Small and Medium Enterprises (head office/main place of business registered at a Seoul tax office) in manufacturing/brand sectors such as food/bio, cosmetics/beauty, or industrial goods/home appliances. Must either (a) have Middle East export performance within the past 3 years (2023β2025) with verifiable documentation, or (b) submit a "Middle East Expansion Letter of Intent" if no export record. Excluded: companies already receiving duplicate support for the same product/certification from other government bodies; bankrupt, suspended/closed, under composition or court receivership, or delinquent on national/local taxes; companies currently performing the SBA "Deepening Consulting for Middle East Response" program.

Up to KRW 15 million per company (VAT excluded) in SBA funding for professional consulting and hands-on agency services covering: (1) Food/Bio β FSSC22000, Halal (JIT, MoIAT, BPJPH, JAKIM, IHC, etc.), Vegan, Kosher, Saudi SFDA Food, ISO, etc.; (2) Cosmetics/Beauty β ISO22716 (GMP), Saudi SFDA eCosma, UAE Dubai Montaji, ISO, etc.; (3) Industrial Goods/Home Appliances β ISO 9001/14001, UAE ECAS conformity certification (CoC), G-Mark, etc. Company cash co-payment: at least 10% of the SBA subsidy (plus VAT in full borne by the company). Program duration: approximately 6 months (from agreement signing in November 2026 to April 2027).
