Pre-Startup Package
예비창업패키지 (Pre-Startup Package) is the first rung of KISED's commercialisation programme line, for founders who have not yet registered a business. It is administered by 창업진흥원 under the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, and its calls are announced on the K-Startup portal.
