The designated operator publishes a national calendar for the OASIS-4 rounds, and each regional centre runs its own on top of it. The rounds below are the ones whose application window is still open, gathered from those calendars.
One trap worth knowing: a centre's index page usually shows the classdates, not the application deadline. On 2 September 2026 six of the eight rounds listed on the Jeonbuk centre's front page looked current by their printed dates while their application windows had already closed. Always open the round itself and read its Application Deadline.

The D-8-4 points route needs 60+ points and at least one prerequisite item (registered or pending IP, a co-inventor credit, qualifying investment, three years on an E-1 / E-3 visa, or OASIS-6 / OASIS-9). IP-derived points are capped at 60 in total, so a registered patent and a registered design together count 60, not 90. Values follow the Global Start-up Immigration Center's published matrix; confirm with an operator before applying.

The route without points
Everything above scores you against a 60-point matrix. This one does not. The Ministry of SMEs and Startups recommends founders on business feasibility and innovation, judged by a private evaluation committee, and the Ministry of Justice then decides the visa. The programme page states it weighs innovation and business potential rather than academic or technical qualifications.
Applications are rolling โ the published window runs from 3 December 2024 to 31 December 2034. Eligibility is a non-Korean representative of a startup or prospective startup meeting the Support for Small and Medium Enterprise Establishment Act criteria.
The pack is a recommendation letter application form, a business plan, a personal information consent, a passport or ARC copy, a corporate or business registration certificate, and a K-Scouter co-representative confirmation where one is required. A recommended founder inside Korea files at an immigration office; one outside Korea files at a Korean embassy or consulate.

Run by KISED under the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, the GSC is the single government-backed centre built specifically for founders coming to Korea from abroad. Its remit is wider than OASIS alone. Its own 2026 OASIS intake ran 14 April to 18 May and has closed, so the open rounds above come from the other centres.
