Three Korean portals, three different jobs: K-Startup, 기업마당 and 모두의 창업
K-Startup carries startup announcements and applications; 기업마당 carries policy for all SMEs — 1,512 programmes open on the day we fetched; 모두의 창업 carries information and stories. Searching only one of the three misses what the others hold.

Most founders meet one portal and stop looking. The three-portal family splits Korean support information by audience, and the split has consequences: what you find depends on which door you searched.
The split is by audience, not by quality. None of the three is the junior version of another, and none is a complete index of the other two. Treating any one of them as the national list is the error that costs founders programmes they qualified for.
K-Startup: the startup door
K-Startup is where the startup-support announcements live and where applications run — 창업지원사업 공고 및 다양한 창업정보, as the landing puts it.
Everything in this site's funding-ladder posts binds there: the annual packages, the TIPS matching route, the integrated announcement each December.
It is also the only one of the three that is an application channel in its own right. That is the practical reason it is the door most foreign founders are pointed at first.
기업마당: the SME door
기업마당's tagline is 중소기업 성공 길잡이 — a success guide for small and medium enterprises — under the line 중소벤처기업부가 중소기업과 정책을 연결합니다: the ministry connecting SMEs with policy.
Its index carried 1,512 open support programmes on the day we fetched, each with an application period and a D-day counter — and its scope is wider than startups: finance notices, local-government calls, certification schemes, policy news.

모두의 창업: the door we could not read
The third door is KISED's as well, and it is the one this post can say least about. Our fetcher retrieved its page title and nothing else, twice, on 2026-09-01.
So treat the row for it in the table below as the label on the door rather than an inventory of the room. Any English description of what it holds, including ours, is secondhand until someone opens it in a browser.
The account layer joins them
K-Startup's unified-login list (중소벤처24) includes 기업마당 — one registration reaches the family. The portals share an account system even though their content missions differ.
