Two portals, one operator: what lives on 모두의 창업 and what lives on K-Startup

KISED fronts three doors from one landing — 모두의 창업 for information and stories, the K-Startup 창업지원포털 for announcements and applications, and the 원스톱 센터 for consultation. Which one you need depends on whether you are browsing or applying.

A founder's first hour in Korean startup support usually ends in confusion between two URLs that share a design language and a logo family. The confusion is reasonable: they are siblings, built by the same agency for different jobs.

One landing, three doors

The page at k-startup.go.kr is not the portal — it is the hallway in front of three doors.

The first door is 모두의 창업: 더 나은 창업을 위한 정보를 만나보세요 — come find better information for startup work. Its tagline: 누구에게나 있는 시작, 창업 스토리를 공유합니다 — everyone has a beginning, and startup stories are shared here.

The second door is the K-Startup 창업지원포털 itself: 창업지원사업 공고 및 다양한 창업정보 — the support-programme announcements and startup information. This is where applications happen.

The third door is the 스타트업 원스톱 지원센터 — one counter where 창업기업의 다양한 고민, the varied concerns of running a startup, get solved with experts. The landing names the fields: law, management, accounting. Its online consultation is announced as starting soon — 온라인 원스톱 상담이 곧 시작됩니다.

The working split

DoorWhat it carriesWhen you use it
모두의 창업 (modoo.or.kr)Information and founder storiesBrowsing, learning the terrain
K-Startup 창업지원포털공고 — announcements — and applicationsApplying, tracking deadlines
스타트업 원스톱 지원센터Expert consultation, one counterStuck, and needing a professional

The pattern is announcement-versus-context. K-Startup is the contractual layer: calls open, applications land, deadlines bind. 모두의 창업 is the narrative layer around the same system.

What we can and cannot say about 모두의 창업

Here is the honest boundary of this post. modoo.or.kr returned its title to our fetcher and no body — no error page, just no content. What KISED's own landing describes is what you read above.

KISED's main site does show the portal working: a popup ran a 모두의 창업 recruitment window from 20 August to 17 September 2026. The site is alive; it simply does not render for automated access — so check it in a browser, and treat third-party summaries of its contents accordingly.

Frequently asked questions

What is 모두의 창업 for?
By the description on the K-Startup landing that links to it: 더 나은 창업을 위한 정보 — information for better startup work — and startup stories (창업 스토리를 공유합니다). It is the context portal, not the application portal.
Where do I actually apply for programmes?
On the K-Startup 창업지원포털 (k-startup.go.kr/web), which the landing describes as carrying 창업지원사업 공고 — startup support announcements — and services for founders. Applications for the national packages run there.
Is 모두의 창업 a different agency's site?
No. The landing that fronts both portals is KISED's, and KISED's own pages describe 모두의 창업 as theirs — the same operator, two different jobs.
What is the 스타트업 원스톱 지원센터?
The third door on the same landing: a single counter where founders resolve concerns with experts — the landing names 법률, 경영, 회계 (law, management, accounting). Its blurb announces the online consultation as starting soon (온라인 원스톱 상담이 곧 시작됩니다).
Does anything happen on 모두의 창업 right now?
KISED's own site ran a popup for a 모두의 창업 recruitment running 2026-08-20 to 2026-09-17 (신청기간 2026. 08. 20 ~ 09. 17). The site is active; its own pages just do not render for automated fetchers, so verify in a browser.
Which portal should I bookmark?
Both, for different moments: K-Startup for the announcement-and-application loop, 모두의 창업 for information and stories between application cycles.
