The D-8-4 matrix pays for four things: intellectual property, a company, language — and time inside a place. OASIS-7 is the time item. It counts having built something inside an incubation space, and graduation is the action that scores.

The Global Start-up Immigration Center operates it. The Minister of Justice and the Minister of SMEs and Startups designated that centre.

The space, and the two printed entry routes

Then the clock starts. Graduation counts only after six months in the space. A March selection is a points event late in the same year at the earliest.
