The Grand Challenge is the loudest yes. KISED's page: 해외 우수 스타트업의 국내 유입 — bringing in outstanding overseas startups — with eligibility printed as foreign-national pre-startups and companies within seven years.

Its scale is printed too: a KRW 4.5 billion budget, about 40 overseas startups, participation grants, office space and accelerating, running to a December demo day. Applications go through its own site, k-startupgc.org.
